Orbit Communications was appointed by Sunnyside Estates Ltd to generate awareness and sales enquiries ahead of the launch of its flagship £100 million residential development in Montrose.
The 64-acre former Sunnyside Royal Hospital estate—Scotland’s first public asylum—is being transformed into luxury apartments and family homes. With just two weeks before the sales office opened, the objective was to maximise publicity, drive website traffic and convert interest into qualified sales leads.
