Annual Report Design & Development.
As part of our retained communications support for Western Isles charity Tighean Innse Gall (TIG), Orbit Communications was commissioned to transform its annual report into a modern, engaging publication.
The aim was to better showcase the organisation’s achievements, impact and ambitions while creating a more compelling resource for funders, partners, stakeholders and the wider community.
Our Approach
- Reviewed previous annual reports and developed recommendations to modernise the editorial structure, content and visual identity.
- Restructured and edited the report to improve clarity, accessibility and better showcase TIG’s work and achievements.
- Enhanced the organisation’s visual brand through stronger design, colour, photography, graphics and infographics, making key information more engaging and easier to navigate.
- Worked closely with TIG to identify and highlight the stories, milestones and impact that mattered most.
Outputs & Outcomes
We delivered a contemporary, visually engaging annual report that strengthened TIG’s profile and clearly demonstrated its impact across the Western Isles.
The refreshed design and editorial approach created a more accessible publication for funders, partners and stakeholders, while establishing a strong template for future annual reports.
