Leigh Frizzel MCIPR

Leigh is a communications and research professional with a strong grounding in policy and analysis. She completed an MA in History at the University of Edinburgh and an MSc in International Relations at the University of Glasgow, building expertise in political systems and evidence‑based research.

She supports clients across a range of sectors, from housing to health to renewables, with a particular focus on wind, battery, and solar energy.

Leigh delivers community consultations, compiles policy analyses, and engages stakeholders and communities, helping clients communicate clearly and navigate planning and policy processes.

She also contributes to social media content and wider communications activity across client accounts, including creating client messaging and integrating social media strategies with broader PR and public affairs strategies.

Leigh’s background in research gives her a structured, detail-driven approach to projects, with a particular focus on understanding local context and analysing policy implications to support clients and their projects.
