Charles is a stakeholder engagement and public affairs specialist with deep expertise in planning, energy and infrastructure. He brings extensive experience from across the real estate sector.

He works with clients across the built environment, supporting developers through complex planning and consenting processes from early engagement through to consent and delivery.

Charles has a particular focus on community and stakeholder engagement, helping build constructive relationships with communities, local authorities and decision-makers, and translating technical proposals into clear, persuasive communications.

He has experience supporting clients with the development of social value strategies, helping organisations articulate and deliver meaningful local and community benefit alongside their projects. Charles also has experience helping clients manage engagement with communities and stakeholders throughout the construction phase.
